Give Rumia several hundred years and I'm sure she'll make a excellent stage 6 boss. Maybe speed it up by removing her ribbon.

On a similar note, I imagine a youkai's appearance changes with their mentality as they grow older. It's clearly not age based as some of the oldest characters have childish forms. The more carefree and immature your youkai, the more likely they'll be a loli.

Personally I think all stage 6 bosses are already at EX levels albeit in different ways. Played on Lunatic many of them are just as hard, if not harder then any EX boss. Power wise many of them have the truely stupid powers in the series, Remilia is a perfect example of this, Flandre is just Remilia if she put all her strength into a destructive power.
