Then I feel terrible because it basically seems like I'd just want to be a leech on my husband. It's silly to think that not that long ago men were criminalized for wanting their women to stay home, and now women are criminalized for wanting to find a man to work while they stay home.

Ebay has the same shit but for cheaper, TBH. I mostly buy shoes from Asian places, and I've never had a problem with them. I had a pair of boots that lasted me for a few years of regular wearing. You just have to be careful about what you buy and think "Does this look like something where I would care if it was cheaply made". Weirdly enough the 2 pairs of boots I got were pretty decent quality.
