I kinda agree with this guy here. Mountain of Faith is my favorite because it has my personal favorite characters and music, and because of the environments. ZUN did a great job on the backgrounds.

When I first saw the waterfall in Stage 3 with The Gensokyo the Gods Loved playing, it instantly became my favorite and hasn't changed since.
