Log into the game (refresh your browser) once a day (JST) to get tickets. Click the red button on the campaign page to register. More points give more prizes, including 500 DMM points at 25 tickets. It lasts until 15:00 on August 30. You get one ticket per day and 2 tickets 8/7 (today), 8/17, and 8/27. You can see a point counter on the campaign page's red button and the blue box that pops up when you click it.

You can also get bonus points equal to 50% of the paid points you spend, up to a maximum bonus of 500 (for 1000 paid points spent).
