Playing GBC games is a hassle. Doing it through the Game Boy Player on Gamecube would be fine, but the Gamecube controller is terrible, and hooking up a GBA or GBASP is only sorta okay. The buttons and d-pad on both the GBAs feel like shit. Those really nice SNES style Hori controllers for Gamecube are super expensive too.

I would like to play my GB/GBC games on my Game Boy Color, but having to bend under a lamp to see anything is annoying.
