There's something Oomori Seiko said, that being a idol fan/pervert/general weirdo actually makes her feel uncomfortable in her own skin because she thinks that her appearance (as a young-ish, average looking woman presumably) doesn't fit with how she is on the inside. She looked at some of the fans that went to Morning Musume concerts and yearned for a chubby, bald appearance like theirs that would more properly represent her mentality as a weird, dirty old man.
What I'm saying is your body is just being more honest now, Anon. Weird old man on the inside, weird old man on the outside. The effects of time can be kinda scary though.
