Personally I think /jp/ would be flattered if someone made their ideas into doujin material and would enjoy the work...

Well, at least they would providing the artist isn't completely shit. Seriously, it's not like anyone is getting paid for thinking up a Touhou scenario.

Also, doujin artists looking to steal ideas, do more Yukari == Maribel work. That would be awesome, thanks.

I just like the theory that Yukari is Maribel's night time alter ego and Gensokyo her dreams. It's a troll tier ending that would fit the kind of zibes I've been getting off ZUN lately, i.e the fucking with the fans feel where he intentionally makes retarded character designs like Utsoho to see if they can make them attractive in fan works.

The last Touhou will once again have Reimu and Yukari join together as a team, undoubtably another incident will occur like always and they'll sort it out. Then you'll fight'll fight the extra boss, who REGUARDLESS is Yukari again, each with a different extra ending, only if you play as Yukari/Reimu, you'll get their true end. Maribel will wake up and realise she was Yukari all along and that dream world she goes to in her sleep is entirely in her dreams, living out a fantasy. She'll write it up as a book and move on with her live, sad for all the friends she's lost who were never real in the first place.

Isn't it sad, Maribel?

Of course, final Touhou series ending (if ZUN ever gets to that point, it's still going strong) would be awesome if when you finally defeated the last extra mode boss with Reimu/Yukari team it has Meribel wake up and realise the whole thing has just been a long series of escapism dreams.

ZUN would be my hero then.
