Definitely take the time to reroll for a good SSR hime (eidolons are not as important).

I didn't do this and started with SRs thinking those would be fine and I sincerely regret it. KP isn't like FKG or GBF. The devs are stingy.

Concentrate on your grid (weapons). Set up your teams according to element and do the same for your grid.
