lets discuss japanese mythology.


the picture i posted is a yuki-onna, which means "snow woman". there are many different versions and are often given traits that belong to vampires. for instance some times they can not enter a house uninvited. they are almost always malevolent although sometimes more subtle than others. one might be caring a baby and ask someone to hold it and if that person does so they turn to ice. others might just summon a blizzard and freeze the human. they always have pale skin and are generally naked or wearing a kimono
