Am I doing this right? Just spamming 1-2 and 1-3, trying to use characters whose designs aren't plain and generic and leveling them. Rotating them out when they need repairs or morale is low. I've been using my cute Hibiki all day and her morale never seems to drop because she's such a good girl.

I'm surprised at how often I'm finding them at 1hp; makes me think there's some kind of safety that prevents them from sinking so early in the game.
