Mobile is its own beast. A lot of its core is the same, and there's (obviously) monetization, ignoring that and focusing on just the game itself, there's a good bit that's different.
For starters, there's a lot more quests. A LOT, both in terms of the main story (which is still mostly the same) and each town having its own series of side quests and quest chains, all for accessing different dungeons, npc shops (like gwen becoming a fishmonger for whatever reason and even having her own quest where she gets kidnapped and you go to rescue her)
It also has a lot of its own new features and quality of life changes for the game, and yet also features it lacks from even classic.
There's a minimap, and quest log that can be used to easily find dungeons on the world map or npcs in town, yet you cannot re-enter randomized dungeons should you leave them for any reason, and gathering nodes only spawn in randomized dungeons. (in the beta, you couldn't even gather from such nodes if your relevant skill level was insufficient)
You can refresh shopkeeper inventories immediately (only a few times per day unless you're willing to shell out currency) yet there's no buyback option for anything you sell to them.
Preaching/Performance is substantially less painful to level as you can mouseover to check the level of any nearby npcs to see if you can get away with praying/playing for them, yet Preaching doesn't count for party time quests at all and there's no faith based equivalent for the job boards. I could go on and on but it may be worthwhile just playing it yourself to see what's different.
Arguably I'd say the worst part is how lacking character customization is. It's all skins with no real ability to mix and match heads and bodies for the PC. The only real decoration outside of skins you can give your character is hats, wings and weapons. At least the prostitutes look nicer as bunnies.
