Yep, the cover screams, "Marry and Renko finally get separated."
Along with another Necrofantasia remix, and a remix of "Does the Forbidden Door Lead to This World, or the World Beyond?," "Crazy Backup Dancers," and "The Concealed Four Seasons"
Which just screams Okina is up to some shit, although the possibility of Marry and Renko meeting a future Okina is interesting.
If they do, I wonder if we'll see her current Teireida and Nishida, or maybe she's trying to scout Marry and Renko as the replacements of Satono and Mai.
The only fanwork I can remember dealing with Marry and Renko and a future Gensokyo off the top of my head is the "Bubble Milk Tea of Reiwa," which humorously has a hag Cirno acting as the Hakurei shrine maiden.
