How would alot male elves even fare in MGE? From what I read and remember, elves still exist and have a healthy male population compared to the dwarves.

So would male elves essentially now fill the role of "hentai victims" and subjected to the same type of treatment that female elves get in our pop cultural view? In our own view, female elves get a whole lot of the attention and may or may not be wearing the not!bikini outfits. Whereas in the MGE world, the gender role is reversed and now it's male elves who get to be the hentai victims to monstergirls and or human women. And instead of the elf girl in skimpy fantasy outfit that is a staple for fantasy, we get male elf boys or chafs in fancy ornate plate armor who look like they came straight out of Tolkien's works as eye candy and sex appeal for the Monstergirls or human women.

Would that be the case?
