A guy on Beast's Lair translated the first 7 chapters over a year ago. Unfortunately no updates in a while, someone else is trying to continue from that translation now.

Nasu taking a break from Fate for a few years is all I want. Unfortunately Fate found a brand new mobage audience that is not interested on any quality content, as long as they get new Servants. Let's hope Nasu finishes the Remake, and then focuses on expanding those non-Fate parts of the universe. I really wanna see Aoko's whole life until Tsukihime.
