'In the 3rd chapter, Tatarigoroshi, Satoko had a nude sprite that was displayed. Our release on Steam will feature the towel version of that same sprite instead due to Valve's regulations, but fans will be able to mod the original one back in after its released.

It still sounds a bit unclear. I'm guessing if you buy the game from MG then the nude sprite will be included. Whether this applies to the steam sprites as well as the R07 sprite, I'm unsure.
