I am just saying that she can be used just like a cut-in ship if you chose to. Properly equip, she can hit cap damage just like the torpedo sluts.

I run APCI with yasen plane. I have no idea why people are sleeping on daytime double attack and night double attack. So what if CA hits harder, what is the point when straggler are left alive from day battle and they choked at night?
