That angel looks really dejected by how her posture is. I don't see anything that definitely is blood, and the broken windows can just symbolize how decadent he is, consistent with the state of the rest of his apartment.

So my theory is that it the angel, who represents purity, is disappointed by how he tries to pursue what he's perceiving as purity (his 2D waifu), while turning a blind eye to his own corruption, which is clear to any onlooker, but not to himself.
