I'm the one who calls her Otomachi a lot, I just think that name is cute. Una is cute too!! But if someone is unfamiliar with Una, Otomachi is a better introduction because Una in Google will just give you random results, and in Japanese it's literally eel so Otomachi works better. I guess it's a bad habit.

I actually prefer to say her entire name every time if I can because shouting "OTOMACHI UNA!!!" seems like something Una would do because she's so excited and cute. She just wants you to notice and praise her.
