So I'm trying to understand the standpoint of Setsuna.

Prior to this scene she said she was content with her relationship, but when she saw Kazusa she realized that she must act? why did she think so? I can't imagine Kazusa making any first moves. Surely she didn't do what she did out of fear of being left out.

I think that was the most puzzling moment to me back in my first read.
