Hello /jp/.
I have been struggling to find a reliable way to lean Japanese. Ive searched through google and so forth but can't find any real steps to actually get started. What should i learn first? where to start? books? ect. Im not trying to lean it in a year or anything but maybe 2-3?
Also, when running through youtube for some basic tutorials in getting started most of them seem to range from joking around to completely useless. I have lived in japan for 3 years when i was younger (age 10-13) but didn't retain much of anything at all rendering me completely illiterate. Also, the reason i want to learn it is so during the summers(as im trying to be a teacher) i can visit and not be a wondering idiot.
Any help would be much appreciated!
