Suika knows Kasen's an oni, but she's still hidden to all except Reimu (even as bad a job as Kasen does pretending she isn't an oni), and Yuugi and the rest of the oni are underground still
so she's alone on the surface, the only (known) oni for anyone to hate
in short, during setsuban she has the entirety of gensokyo's hate concentrated on her and even the people she's friends with like Reimu happily participate in it
I can't imagine that feels particularly nice.
