>-2 yin def = 60% dmg up
>-3 crit def = 45% dmg up
1.6 x 1.45 x 1.2 = 2.784 = 178% dmg up

Unknown Barrier Team gives
>+2 yin atk = 60% dmg up
1.6 x 1.5 = 2.4 = 140% dmg up

They're both exceptional cards but UPN is better if used outside of full break. But if used against a full broken enemy the -2 yin def no longer applies, so UBT would be better in that case. You also need to remember diminishing returns. The +2 yin atk in UBT will not be giving a +60% dmg increase most of the time because attack buffs are common. So if you put UBT on Hecatia and LW on the 2nd turn, the card will take her from +7 yin atk to +9 yin atk. That's a 19% increase for a total of +78% dmg. Still excellent but not near the base 140%.
