On what Ending of Turkeyhandle is the MELTAN MANGA based?

As far as I can guess so far it's the terrible ending with Arc and Ciel, but the best character's death seems to be very canon (GREAT JOB NASU, TURNING LAZYNESS INTO CANON IS REALLY AWESOME. LEMME GUESS, THERE'S STILL NO SACCHIN ARC DUE TO YOU USING UP ALL YOUR TIME ON MOLLUSK RESEARCH?)
