Going through "obscure" eroge these days, most of them are pretty bad but some are surprisingly great.
One of these great ones is an eroge called Heaven's Cage, still reading it.
It's kind of like .Hack the eroge except actually entertaining, focus on some teenagers who spend their time playing a virtual reality MMO and how that game begin to spiral out of control even in the real world.
The art is pretty bad though, here is the little sister character
