It would be pretty tough on her if she did. Either she goes through with her plan and kills her child's father, gets an abortion, or gives birth while on the run or in prison.
Though if she ends up staying at the Irie Clinic after Matsuri again maybe she'll have the chance to have a somewhat normal pregnancy.
I really like the idea of Takano and Tomitake settling down in Hinamizawa after everything finishes but it's not very realistic given their circumstances.
