I really enjoyed MK1, especially the battle system that gets more and more awesome as you progress through the game and unlock its features.

So I decided to take a break from Rorona since the game wore me out (second year, vulture assignment, zero motivation to continue). Instead, I decided to backtrack in the history of Atelier games and started Mana Khemia.

After a few hours, the game already made it on my "wtf how did I manage to miss out on this great game all this time?" -List, kinda similar to back then when I stumbled upon the Ar Tonelico series. It has taught me that this whole alchemy stuff can actually be fun, when you do it for a reason (upgrading your party)!

Also, whenever I hear Nike talk, I keep imagining a catgirl Dalian in her place. (<3 Sawashiro)
