I liked how it was constructed around several interesting facts, myths and existing scientific hypotheses. Loosely tied with some weird logic but working overall.
Gameplay is fun.
Music is great.
Characters are likeable, act reasonably and all of them are plot-wise significant.

Oh, and I strongly disagree with the the "plot hole" thing. Retards who give opinions like that have obviously never read any decent sci-fi literature (see: Asimov), with Star Wars probably being the most daring setting they've ever encountered.
