If you feel that your stupid one liner doesn't justify bumping the thread, don't post it! People are basing their arguments on the notion that you can go to other pages. By that logic, sage is even more uselses because it shouldn't matter at all to you then if a thread is at the top of page 0 or all the way at page 2--but that's obviously not the case here.

Also, that only supports my argument that /jp/ would be better without sage. Those stupid one liners are stupid.

>Sage is perfect for the end discussion in threads were everyone have already reached a conclusion and the thread in a way has lost it's meaning even though some might feel to add a comment or few.

What exactly is the problem with a thread being on page 0 for a couple minutes?

>Sage is perfect when commenting or adding something in threads that you aren't fully a part of and that other people are discussing in either way.
This allows you to take part in the thread even if only a little and still allowing others to discuss their own threads and allowing the people who actually did discuss in the initial thread to discuss it at their own pace.

As said before: If you feel your post isn't worth bumping the thread, don't post in it. People don't own threads. Anyone should be able to post in it if they want.

>I believe sage is most suited for the more slow moving boards though as one can follow threads perfectly for quite a while, and still have the threads on the first few pages for very long durations, allowing others to let their own threads flow at rates more suitable to them. In other words, if your post doesn't have any particular weight to it you don't have to bump the thread if you don't feel it neccessary as the thread will still be visable if the board is slow enough and not bumping it allows the other threads to flow more naturally while still contributing to another thread

It stupid for all boards. It only sucks less on the smaller boards.

I'll repeat:If you feel your post isn't worth bumping the thread, don't post in it.

Global rule 6:

>The quality of posts is extremely important to this community. Contributors are encouraged to provide high-quality images and informative comments.

>Also, what age is the number of failure? In my opinion, if you don't lose your virginity by age 22 then you are a failure at life.

I guess that means 4chan's mods and Admins (excluding Snacks) fails at life.
