I don't think ignoring is the best bet, rather, just tell them to "go post on our site with your name" and leave it at that. If they can't figure that out, there is obviously a problem.

I'm lv20 and still have normal quests from the first dungeon that need to be completed. All the groups I went in with around lv10 were shit, so I just gave up.
