yuuka would strike me more as the type to want to rely on her own personal terror factor, rather than on outward appearances.
She's never mentioned as particularly intimidating, beyond the smile being creepy, so while it's obviously an open secret that someone with green hair and red eyes in the flower shop isn't human, it's not like an oni or something where it would be utterly impossible to pretend even for a second otherwise (Suika doesn't count due to her lolidom)
I'd hold her to a western standard, since she lives in a western mansion and dresses in the western custom, so yeah, between about 5'8' or 5'11" would be my guess, but probably quite unimpressivie all things considered.
I always imagine her to be somewhat shorter than Yukari anyway, again mostly for comedic effect since I like to imagine her being a little annoyed at having been beaten by an annoying gap hag, but that's more due to Yukari being quite tall and relatively slender.
