But I suppose I should clarify that ORT is only "the strongest" confirmed PHYSICALLY. It doesn't have any known spells or even ranged weaponry.
But those blades of its are considered instant-kill in every dimension and will cut absolutely anything.
(Since Angel Notes tells us Types exist in other dimensions simultaneously.)
