I do my practices often: anatomy, gesture, expression, etc.
If you think I'm completely unaware of my faults and short-ends then you are making giant assumptions.

I guess I can see your concern for the sameface comment, but the reason the two are so similar is because the two of them are siblings that are one year apart. That's not your fault for not knowing, but I'm not going to spend 100% energy on character sheets when I can just take the skeleton and adjust what I needed to. In this case, face shape and hairstyle as well as height. Sure I can draw out each gesture from scratch each time, but that sounds like a lot of unneeded effort.

But if you really are that bothered by it, here's an example of just one character sheet to put into perspective why a bust picture would seem like monotonous work after awhile, especially if you have multiple characters to work on alone.
