Luck however I know definitely affects your Critical rates

You only really need to raise Strength and Endurance(Or, well,Con) though if you wanna get through the game. Everything else seriously does not matter very much. I just gave my Saber lots of STR and CON so she easily breezed through the game....

Well,save for the few fights I had with Arcueid, but that shit wasnt made to be fair exactly.
