>There is also the familiar weight of your knife, back in its sheath (when did she... nevermind, your head is starting to hurt, and not just from the blood flow)

>Pulling out the arcane device you got from the guild when you accepted this quest, you still had one question
>You haven't seen a single monster asides from the cheshire and, speaking from experience, dungeons usually had bosses
>Still, the rift was right there, and a nice payday and a cold drink was waiting for you back in town
>So distracted by trying to figure out how to use the device, you never registered your weapons vanishing off your belt,
>You also didn't notice a certain cat locking the door behind you, the key vanishing in a puff of pink smoke
>After all, the promise was to guide you to the boss room with no rape, nothing about what would happen after you seal the rift
