There are two other versions of this encounter (3 if you're gay) with a question mark after the word prefer. If there's a single elipsis before the question mark, you answer Big Breasts, if there's more you answer Small Breasts. In both instances you can pick a 2hu and make her breast size bigger or smaller accordingly

With pic related, however, it doesn't matter what you answer, you just get 1k yen and that's it. You can pray for this event to happen for 3k yen so you lose money if this happens and get nothing in return.
