Well it's not even the fag thing, almost everyone in my life knows I'm bi despite being in a long-term relationship with a girl so I can have some Len merch and that's fine (though I would also get some matching Rin figures if I got Len ones so that's even more stuff). Don't want to blogpost too much here, but I'm in my mid-late twenties and in the process of buying a house and getting married, and I guess having a house full of weeb merch doesn't fit my subconscious image of a "responsible adult" or I still would feel judged when friends or family came to visit, but I do agree a big part of it might be my own hang-ups (hard to get past those after a lifetime of hiding my interests from everyone).

At least with Vocaloid it's easier to feel connected to it through music though, there's nothing stopping me from blasting it in my own house and it's great.

Rimokon sounds a thousand times better live, Migikata no Chou too. Also agree with Dappou Rock and Roki. Actually now that I think about it most Kagamine songs are way better live, they just have that energy I guess
