Apparently when he was asked by the police about his intentions, the kidnapper said that he wanted to rase the child according to his ideal image so he could marry her in future. To win the girl's heart he then bought her a bunch of candies and made her watch anime on TV till late. When the investigators showed up he literally introduced her as his waifu. (´・ω・`)
