Everyones on a several minute delay almost by default, or mutes their game audio for matchmaking while waiting a bit before randomly queueing so the chances of streamsniping are low. There's also map-hiding too which is important because most streamsnipers aren't Apex autists who know the maps like the back of their hands, otherwise they'd be grinding to whatever the top rank is instead of shitting up someone elses game.
