Both, I watched SIP season 1 awhile ago and was sort of half in half out of being a fan and ended up going all in and watching the rest after I started watching clips of the seiyuu. I tend to skip streams and usually don't bother with the longer videos I find on youtube, but I have never not watched an episode of Niji or Liella the week it aired. That said I look forward to the lives much more than I do the anime and am always on llst, and I only check the /a/ threads when something happens or if I am especially bored.
I probably have fapped to the seiyuu more than doujins of the characters, but I definitely have more anime related merch than seiyuu stuff
