It's as if K is an alternate universe, where characters will act differently - but they still have to have the same core, and if they are a heavy departure (idk, bodybuilder Patchouli) then it should still have a rhyme or reason
Touhou is already *the* headcanon capital so, quite honestly, claims of "out-of-character" already have massive bias
