Its tedious as fuck but doable, mine is at 12/16 with 0 SC spent on her, but she started this event at 11/16. First event got her to 7 or 8/16.

I expect to get her to 15/16 by the time this event is over, you just have to believe in your luck.

So feeding Aria a Aria gives 100%, 100%, 50%, 10% chances to skill up, feeding CC Aria to Jerome doesn't give the same rates right?

Yes you can gain more than 1 point at once, for best exp, 5000 or so on average for a plat do 2 fairys and 2 CR/SU fodder.
