E4 is limited to 1 CLT this time around so you could toss in choukai or something instead of ooi. This is an older picture from a past event

I don't like doing cut-ins without at least 43 luck because I like those slightly advantageous coin-flips. 30 luck is only 60% in flag and 46% anywhere else and I can't handle such odds

Use safe and honest ships like poi/choukai/yukikaze and maybe ayanami if you're not heavily luck-modded. Don't try to be too flashy if you don't have the maruyus to spare
