These are in the game? Outside kissing, just looking at the description will tell you what's going on. And all the meters show off where the character is on the orgasm meter, far more accurately than the 0-1-2 hearts in K.
(And yes, you can look at the last line of the last action as cheating a bit to see what's going on.)
You don't have as many different options to use as "ongoing" actions, and I'd like a mouth category for TW, but it's pretty clear most times what's happening.

I don't seem to recall this in K either. Most of the time, it seems to just remove the options which would conflict while the action is active. TW just lets you freely jump from one action to another, even if it conflicts, and only in a few situations (continuously kissing vs. boobjob) will it just remove the action in TW.

I'll have to take your word for it. I've not explored K enough to really experiment with the system too much.
