I was just thinking, what would a pre-Angra Mainyu Holy Grail try and do to grant Kiritsugu Emiya's wish of a utopia? I just had the thought in my mind and trying to put together a somewhat plausible idea of how it would have worked.

If I had to guess, I would say that using its mana to summon heroic spirits or some kind of counter force like Alaya does, it would try and purge all "Evil" or very harmful human beings before they could cause destruction, a la Psycho-Pass or maybe like Madoka, or even Death Note.

It would be in line with Kiritsugu's methods of trying to get world peace, like Natalia said, the only way he can prevent something like Alimango from ever happening again is by killing all the people who are like Norikata Emiya.
Angry Manjew kind of deprives us of seeing a proper logical extreme to Kiritsugu's ideals by instead giving us an ultra logical extreme of "everybody dies lol", but I feel like a non-corrupt Holy Grail might actually grant a wish that while imperfect, does lead to a closer vision of Kiritsugu's "utopia".
The only question is how would the grail even achieve such a thing? It's capable of reaching The Root by just using an obscene amount of prana to I guess poke a hole in the world or some shit, but can it produce enough prana to somehow sustain a powerful enough counter balance against all potential major evils in the world? Would the Human Order just bitch slap the Holy Grail for trying to do such a thing?

Any thoughts on this?
