So as far as promises go we have the promises he made to Suwako, Kanako, Yukari, and if I remember right Kasen who were among the guests of honor at the wedding on Reimu's side.
Suwako and Kanako aren't taking it too seriously at least since Sanae is on a date and kanako is off docking around, Kasen is probably happy that they separated though I'd still like to see her reaction to all this.
Yukari is more troubled over Hana acting unlike a shrine maiden and as always is playing the string puller. I don't think she's particularly concerned over the separation but I wonder what she has in store for Hana and anon. I'd bet that if anything she sees Hana's more violent side and insecurities about herself like she saw in Reimu. Though the promise of troubles to come seems interesting, although she may just be throwing herself into the anon bowl without saying it at all.

I hope Hana has it in her to resolve the 'Abused and Injured Anon' incident before it spirals out of control!
