Seriously, fuck this RNG and its bullshit. 4-2 is bad enough when the compass sends you north through the whirlpool then back south for maximum battles + fuel/ammo use, then I get this shit. Couldn't even sink the flagship BB, don't know for sure if rank actually affects drops or not, but this is certainly not helping me get a Zuihou drop.
