This almost made me rage, but I'm getting better at suppressing these urges now. The entire post can be paraphrased to "I don't like Japanese games, and am superior to anyone who does." But that statement means you don’t know what the fuck you talking about, so it cancels itself out.

I have nothing against American games, but they go by different design philosophies, especially to Japanese dojinsoft efforts catering to the hardcore. For example Touhou wouldn’t work with the Western ideal that seeing a game over screen is some kind of taboo.
