Oh I know there are bigger out there. As for Fia I don't think she's that big, imo she looks smaller than Wagamama's Mihiro, Ashe or Kaoruko. In game those three tits' look almost comically large, whereas in that picture you posted Fia looks to have a huge cup size but her bust doesn't quite match up. Could just be the way she's posed though.
