OP. You want to live away in an off-grid living environment? I am somewhat a town-guy too, so I've often though about the same. Heck, I have a goddamn farm on my backyard with ducks and chickens and a pig.

Well, it's not really off-grid since it's part of a town already. That means you'd have some sort of internet access essential for /jp/sies. And you'd have to work around migration issues as well, I suppose. I haven't looked very into it yet since I just found out last night before going to sleep.

The property itself, like you wanted to suggest, is dirt cheap. 1 cent per square meter. Anyone could buy as much terrain as they needed there. Heck, if I had enough money (for building a house) I would buy land for myself. There are a few "catches" though, if you want to look at it that way.

The most important one is that you need to build a 65 sq m house within 3 years. I'm sure if you were to do a /jp/ commune though, you'd need a house of that size, most likely more.

Tsukihime.

It's beautifully written, has an amazing cast of characters, and manages to be sad while not feeling super forced. (unlike anything 'sad' that KEY produces, which feels sad for a short while but they try too hard and it makes it hilarious in turn)

I always thought that by the time I turned 21 I would knock this shit off and get some friends and try to experience the real side of life, but 23 has come and gone and here I am. When is enough enough?

We've been over this a million fucking times. Different strokes, different folks. Personally, I like Hisui because she is Hisui. She's not a vampire, she's not an assassin, she's not a cold and dead and empty on the inside killer, she's just a normal girl struggling to keep it all together in an unbearably cruel world. True grit and courage, that is.
