I'm enlisted in the Marine Corps. I have no doubt that this is the right decision for me, but I'm having worries.

Do you think I'l be able to hold onto my love of all things Japanese, Ie, the Otaku side of my brain? More importantly, is Otaku something you can grow out of, in general?

Just worried about things in general. I just got back into everything after being away for a while, and I'm happier than ever. I can't overstate what Japanese culture has done for me, through thick and thin...
